Lunar Poppy
Poppy is for the psychological dis-ease created by involvement in warfare in previous lives. Lunar poppy is for those souls who have in previous lives stood on a battlefield and seen their comrades killed. It is the remedy to address the profound wounding the soul carries from such life times. Poppy is for the souls who have witnessed the most inhuman and barbaric scenes within the theatre of war. Such visions remained with them for the rest of that life and were carried through into subsequent incarnations to be healed. Lunar poppy is the remedy to give for this type of karma, a type of haunting from the past which will not go away. This remedy is also for those who in a previous life have lost loved ones through war. It addresses the tensions manifesting in the present incarnation which are a direct result of this deepest of losses. Our souls are all born out of the same cosmic womb; at this level of being we are all brothers and sisters. Taking sides with the intent to kill an enemy creates a wounding at the deepest of soul levels. Lunar poppy has much healing to offer in reconciliation between old enemies.
Poppy has a long and complex relationship with humanity. The creation of poppy occurred at the time the first souls were preparing to incarnate on Earth. These souls, in crossing the threshold from spirit to matter, were subjected to an extreme initiation of reversal. The genesis of poppy lies within their consciousness as they contemplated becoming physical. When they incarnated poppy flowered in response to the differences they experienced between spiritual and physical life. Lemurians used this plant extensively during rites of passage.
Its current use arises out of a period in human evolution where the male and female sexes were beginning to emerge. Poppy played an important role in dividing humanity into two.
