UK:
1 item - £1.50
2 items - £1-00 + 45p
3 items or more - £1-00 + 45p per item
EUROPE:
1 item - £1.80
2 items - £1-80 + £1.00
3 items or more - £1-80 + 75p per item
WORLDWIDE:
1 item - £2.25
2 items £2.25 +£2-00 per item
3 items or more - £2-25 + £1.25 per item
Delivery Schedule:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt.
UK :
We use First Class post for small packages, and for packages weighing 3 Kilos or more, The Alternative Parcelforce Company which takes two days. In the case of packages weighing 3 Kilos or more, please allow 3 working days for delivery.
EUROPE :
We use ParcelForce Worldwide International Standard for our European customers, and( Airmail for small orders) which has a delivery time of 2-4
days from dispatch of your order.
REST OF WORLD:
We use ParcelForce Worldwide International Standard and( Airmail for small
orders) which delivers 4 to 9 days from dispatch of your order.
Availability:
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund.
Credit Card Security:
All Internet credit card orders will be encrypted using the universally recognised USC SSL security system. For more details,please see our Privacy Statement.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta through Nochex. Alternatively you can pay by Paypal. We do not accept American Express cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Aquarius Flower Remedies.
Our Guarantee:
We will not be happy with ourselves if our service to you is not 100%. Any goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received. Providing they are unopened and unused, we will by happy to refund their full cost, excluding return postage costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at info@aquariusflowerremedies.com. In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damage please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and return the product to the following address:

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders, carry out credit checking and to notify you of your order status.
