Angelica: as the name implies this essence connects us to our angelic companions who are constantly reminding us we are protected, guided, made safe and supported whilst opening up to higher realms.

Bo: is the sacred tree under which The Buddha gained enlightenment. It helps us open up to higher aspects of consciousness, aligning us to the consciousness of peace and love in which we meditate.

Comfrey: balances the higher energies with the earth-bound quality of groundedness. This essence focuses the mind so that we are better able to concentrate and still the body when we go within to the mediative process.
